Introduction of Open-POP SPS for building next-generation home & shopping system

We performed an ORACLE 19C DB upgrade task in accordance with the construction of the next-generation system, and through the OpenPop solution, we detected major issues that occurred during the upgrade, such as SQL performance degradation and SQL execution errors, at an early stage to construct a stable system.
