Introducing OpenPOP for SQL quality check and performance optimization management to stabilize ERP performance
As the Korean Air ERP system environment changed from the existing legacy system to the AWS system, the company decided to introduce our solution to manage SQL quality and systematic performance.
In particular, due to the nature of ORACLE ERP, it was difficult to manage SQL performance because it was impossible to modify the source code when there was a SQL performance issue. However, with the Open-POP solution’s performance optimization features including “PLAN change SQL real-time analysis,” it became possible to maintain optimized SQL performance quality without modifying the source code.
In addition, it is being utilized to quickly and accurately determine changes in SQL performance due to object changes that occur frequently during service operation, thereby eliminating potential future failure factors in advance and ensuring stable DB operation.
